All members have access to the name of the Association, and details of the purpose for which their information will be used.
Each individual member has the right to access and correct the information we hold about them.
The sole purpose for which the information is held is as membership details.
Mass emails are only sent in relation to the White Hill Centre and its activities and are not provided to outside businesses or associations.
Any mass emails will always be sent as a BCC list to ensure the list cannot be accessed by others.
A footnote providing an ‘unsubscribe’ option will be added to all marketing emails.

Data is only collected for the purpose of recording Association membership details.

We only collect details relevant to recording membership of the Association.

Each individual member should advise the White Hill Centre Office of any changes as these occur.

Details for lapsed members will be retained in a separate list for record purposes only.
