We are searching for a new part-timeFinance Officer for the Centre.  Please enquire at the Office for further details.

A good working knowledge of Accounting Systems is essential.  The Centre is considering switching from the existing ‘Sage’ accounting system therefore a knowledge of alternative systems would be an advantage. An understanding of charity governance would be useful.  Able to communicate effectively. Able to work under pressure and as part of a team. Attention to detail. Previous experience in a similar accounts role. Cash handling experience.

 

Friday 28th April 1.30-3pm - Jacqui Sheppard will give a talk on understanding dementia and the small things that everyone can do to make a difference to help sufferers live well.  This is a free talk and everyone is welcome.  There will be tea and cakes. www.dementiafriends.org.uk

The White Hill Centre is a beautiful Victorian building and offers over 60 activities and classes for the whole community to enjoy. Our centre also has a range of rooms and two halls available for hire for celebrations, exhibitions and meetings.
